The Offer:
Salary: £84k to £89k basic (DOE) - PAYE, paid weekly, within IR35 + benefits (holidays, pension, tech etc)
Contract Length: 12-Months - with a strong possibility of extension (to start ASAP – max 4-6 weeks notice)
Location: London - Hybrid based (min 3 days per week in Central London offices)
You must be fully clear to work in the UK without relocation or sponsorship requirements
Must-Have Skills:
- 6+ years minimum of relevant data engineering experience within a similar role
- BigData experience within a globally based company (ie. Adobe, Google, Apple, Facebook/Meta, Workday, ServiceNow, major banking etc)
- Strong Python and SQL skills for data manipulation and pipeline development.
- Hands-on experience with Airflow (workflow orchestration) and Spark (large-scale data processing).
- Proven ability to work independently in a high-impact, high-scale environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and optimising end-to-end data pipelines for efficient data flow and scalability.
- Building and maintaining Python-based ETL pipelines and data models for reliable data processing.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support both batch and real-time data needs.
- Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance across all data operations.
