Customer Success Manager Major Global SaaS Technology business.

One of the world's fastest-growing Tech/Media companies whose EMEA HQ is based in London would like to appoint a Digital Account Manager to manage, nurture and ensure R.O.I on each account is maintained.

Managing a portfolio of clients who's annual spend ranges from £500K- £3M across digital products you will be tasked with reviewing current spend vs performance and ensuring a satisfactory R.O.I is achieved. Through building and maintaining close relationships with clients and resolving queries you will ensure a high product renewal rate.

The Offer

Your Profile

  • Background within Digital Account Management
  • Strong interest and understanding of R.O.I and what success looks like for clients
  • Experience supporting clients with a spend in excess of £500K
  • Consultative approach to sales and renewals.
