Senior Agency Partner Manager - Paid Social & Performance Marketing

  • Location: London - Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)

An opportunity to join a globally recognised technology platform operating at the forefront of digital advertising, AI innovation and performance marketing.

This role sits within a high-performing agency partnerships team responsible for driving revenue growth across one of the world's largest global media holding groups. You will act as a senior strategic advisor, combining commercial leadership, platform expertise and data-driven insight to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This is a revenue-accountable, client-facing role. It requires strategic thinking, executive presence and the ability to operate at pace in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and develop senior relationships across a major global media agency network
* Drive revenue growth through scaled education, strategic planning and performance best practice
* Act as a subject matter expert across paid social and performance marketing solutions
* Translate data into clear commercial strategy and measurable outcomes
* Lead measurement frameworks, optimisation strategy and performance reviews
* Influence senior stakeholders including C-level decision makers
* Partner cross-functionally with internal sales, product and marketing science teams
* Manage complex workstreams and prioritise effectively in a high-volume environment

Required Experience

* 5+ years' experience in digital media, paid social, performance marketing or agency partnerships
* Strong experience working within or directly with tier-one media agencies
* Demonstrated quota ownership and consistent revenue growth delivery
* Deep understanding of advertising metrics, attribution and performance frameworks
* Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
* Proven ability to present strategic solutions to large audiences
* Comfortable influencing senior and executive-level stakeholders
