Role Profile
  • Job Title: Sales Operation Manager
  • Company:  Global Spirits company with portfolio of iconic brands.
  • Hybrid – 3 days office/2 days home (Dublin City Centre office)
  • Contract – Initial 12 month FTC
  • Responsible for: Sales Operation for the region

Overall Purpose
  • Assist the commercial team with sales analysis and logistics management.
  • Analyse operational performance and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Collaborate with customers and managers for demand forecasting and attend IBP meetings.
  • Develop supply plans/orders, calculate stock positions, and inform teams accordingly.
  • Analyse monthly depletion reports, identify improvement areas, and assist in depletions planning.
  • Ensure smooth order fulfilment by coordinating with customers and brand owners.
  • Manage legal compliance and assist in promotional activities analysis.
  • Prepare financial models, support value chain analysis, and pricing decisions.
  • Validate invoices, collect, and analyse KPIs & Score-Cards.


Knowledge and Experience
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business
  • 3+ years’ experience in similar role.
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and investigative skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis
  • Strong project management and statistical knowledge
