- Job Title: Sales Operation Manager
- Company: Global Spirits company with portfolio of iconic brands.
- Hybrid – 3 days office/2 days home (Dublin City Centre office)
- Contract – Initial 12 month FTC
- Responsible for: Sales Operation for the region
Overall Purpose
- Assist the commercial team with sales analysis and logistics management.
- Analyse operational performance and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and managers for demand forecasting and attend IBP meetings.
- Develop supply plans/orders, calculate stock positions, and inform teams accordingly.
- Analyse monthly depletion reports, identify improvement areas, and assist in depletions planning.
- Ensure smooth order fulfilment by coordinating with customers and brand owners.
- Manage legal compliance and assist in promotional activities analysis.
- Prepare financial models, support value chain analysis, and pricing decisions.
- Validate invoices, collect, and analyse KPIs & Score-Cards.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
- 3+ years’ experience in similar role.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and investigative skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis
- Strong project management and statistical knowledge
