We're hiring on behalf of a global tech client for a structured, delivery-focused Project Manager to drive vendor change requests across tools, processes, and operations. It’s fast-paced, internal-facing, and highly process-driven – think governance, reporting, comms, and unblocking progress.
The Offer
- Annual Salary up to €85,000 doe (pro-rata)
- 6-month initial contract with potential to extend - PAYE contract - paid weekly via Principle HR
- Fully remote - Dublin ( Candidate based in Ireland only)

What you’ll bring
- 5–7 years in project coordination, vendor ops, change, or process-driven roles
- Confident in managing internal stakeholders and structured workflows
- Detail-driven with strong communication and escalation instincts
- Comfortable juggling multiple requests with tight timelines
What you’ll be doing
- Own and run 5–10 vendor change requests a week, from intake to launch
- Coordinate across vendor managers, PMs, and internal ops teams
- Track progress, flag blockers early, and keep everything moving
- Run governance checks, prep documentation, and support prioritisation
- Feed into continuous process improvement and automation efforts
