Project Coordinator - Office Technology Deployment EMEA & APAC.

Overview:


Office Technology Deployment (OTD)'s Enterprise Engineering (EE) New Builds is the arm of the office construction process that deploys the office technology to our client's new office builds around the globe. This office technology includes video conferencing, printers, events spaces, digital wayfinding, interactive digital partner centers and more. They deploy technology in innovative spaces that help drive collaboration and communication company wide.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Deployment Project Managers (DPM) with activities throughout the full cycle of design, procurement, scheduling, and deployment of IT Equipment in these offices during construction.

Selection of the day to day of the role:

  • Provide admin support to PM
  • Gather data as a resource for reporting
  • Chasing vendors for invoices and project close outs ensure POs are paid and invoices are paid
  • Ensuring PMs have closed out their projects effectively covering all risks
  • Freeing the PMs to manage their projects
  • 28 project on-going within new builds and expanding current buildings



Background:

  • Very strong excel user (vlook ups and pivot tables and creating formulas).
  • Well versed in financial procurement end to end
  • Good track history of strong collaboration skills.
  • Background - nonspecific but having a finance/ logistics experience is a huge bonus
  • PM certification



Package:

This is a 12-month contract. Salary is up to £56,000 and the role will be based remotely until July 5th. After this date the there will be a full time return to office. The office location is in Central London.
