Program Manager - Sales Operation (Sub Enterprise Direct Channel)

Location: Flexible but need to be in Newcastle once a month.
This is very exciting opportunity to work with the Direct Sales Teams (Direct Route to Market) of this Global Software giant. The location is flexible, it can be worked remotely but it is essential that the candidate is able to be on site in Newcastle once a month. Head office for the business is London.
The Program Manager will have cross functional relationships with the Sub Enterprise Telesales Sales team, Inbound Sales, and Renewals team. Also, with Sales Enablement and the broader training org. The successful candidate would also have responsibility for a large vendor, this vendor is based in the Northeast of England. There is a requirement for a site visit once a month.
Key task is to provide operational oversight to the Route to Market (RTM) team. Supporting the creation, development, and execution of sales strategies to maximise the revenue outcomes for the business in EMEA through this RTM.
Including, documenting the sales plays, ensuring clear ownership is in place for each initiative and providing consistent, regular updates on status/progress of all initiatives across all Lines of Business (LoB).
Skills:
· Project/Program Management and tracking of results.
· Reporting and Analytics knowledge
· Sales programme experience within the technology sector would be desirable
· Confident presenter to senior management audiences.
What's on offer:
· Initially a 12-month contract with a view to extension or perm.
· Base salary of between £65,000 to £69,000.
· Remote worked but need to be able to be in Newcastle once a month.
