Internal Communications Manager – Global Benefits Focus

London-based | Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home) | 12-month FTC

Salary range: £100,000 - £115,000 per year.

We’re partnering with a leading global technology company known for its values-led culture, award-winning workplace environment, and people-first approach. As they continue to scale, we’re looking for a specialist in employee and internal communications, with a specific focus on Total Rewards and international benefits across EMEA, APAC, and Japan.

This role sits within a high-performing global communications team that partners with senior HR leaders to drive clarity, engagement, and culture across a diverse employee base.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and deliver internal communications strategies for international employee benefits and total rewards.
  • Craft clear, compelling, and engaging content – from newsletters and intranet posts to leadership talking points.
  • Collaborate with People teams (Total Rewards, Compensation, Organisational Success) to translate complex topics into impactful internal messaging.
  • Align your work with global communications goals, supporting regional adaptations for EMEA, APAC, and Japan.
  • Monitor performance of internal campaigns – measuring what lands well, and what can be improved.
  • Embrace tools like generative AI and CMS platforms (LumApps, Staffbase) to scale your impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years’ experience in internal/employee communications, ideally in the tech or high-growth sector.
  • Strong background in communicating employee benefits, total rewards, or HR initiatives globally.
  • First-class writing, editing, and storytelling skills – able to turn corporate speak into human-first messaging.
  • A flair for working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders – bringing people together and aligning on outcomes.
  • Comfortable managing change communications and building campaigns that support transformation.
  • Experience with communications tools, CMS platforms, and some basic design or video-editing skills.

This is a brilliant opportunity to bring real clarity and impact to a global employee base – particularly around topics that matter most: compensation, recognition, wellbeing, and value.
