Producer - Experiential & Live Events

Remote but MUST live in Ireland

If you're an event producer who loves turning ambitious ideas into flawlessly delivered experiences, this one's for you.

We're looking for a hands-on Producer to help deliver live events, brand activations and experiential projects across EMEA. You'll sit right at the heart of delivery - owning timelines, budgets, suppliers and execution from brief to breakdown.

This is a proper agency-side production role: fast-paced, collaborative and creatively driven.

What you'll be doing

  • Translating creative ideas and client briefs into clear production plans
  • Owning project timelines, budgets and delivery
  • Sourcing and managing suppliers, crew and production partners
  • Building production schedules, managing documentation and reconciling costs
  • Acting as the day-to-day production contact internally and externally
  • Keeping projects on track while balancing quality, pace and profitability
  • Supporting delivery across live projects and pitch / new business work

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years' experience producing live events, brand activations or experiential projects
  • Background in an agency, event production or experiential environment
  • Comfortable managing budgets, suppliers and multiple workstreams
  • Calm under pressure and confident in fast-moving project environments
  • Strong organisational skills and obsessive attention to detail (in a good way)
  • Clear, confident communicator with clients and suppliers
  • Happy working independently but thrives as part of a delivery team
  • Based in Ireland and open to occasional international travel

Why this role

  • Remote-first setup
  • Work on high-profile, creatively ambitious projects
  • Real ownership and visibility across projects
  • A role that rewards people who get things done, not just talk about it

If you're currently producing events and want more responsibility, better projects and real agency exposure, this is a strong next step.
