Payroll Projects Coordinator

Location: Dublin (Hybrid) - 3 days office
Contract: 11 Months
Start Date: October

Salary Range : €95,000 - €105,000 per annum.

Are you a seasoned payroll professional with experience delivering global payroll systems projects? We're hiring for a contract role within the international payroll operations team of a global technology brand.

This role is not about processing payroll - it's about owning platform updates, driving change, and working across multiple functions to deliver improvements on a global scale.

About the Role

You'll play a key part in managing and maintaining two core international payroll platforms - ADP GlobalView and Celergo. Your focus will be on ensuring these systems are configured correctly, continuously improved, and aligned with changing global payroll needs.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Tax, Legal, and external vendors to support updates, troubleshoot escalations, and drive operational enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage updates and enhancements to GlobalView and Celergo platforms
  • Manage cross-functional payroll-related change requests
  • Lead or contribute to operational risk assessments and root cause analysis
  • Support ongoing system maintenance, compliance alignment, and reporting
  • Collaborate with international teams across 50+ countries

Must-Have Experience

  • Proven project management experience within global payroll or HRIS systems
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a matrixed global environment
  • Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView and/or Celergo
  • Comfort navigating tax, policy, or compliance-driven system changes
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice to Have

  • Strong Excel (pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and vendor relationships
  • Background in complex payroll environments with multi-country scope

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on structure, systems, and seeing global payroll challenges through to resolution.

If you've delivered change across payroll platforms and know how to bring people, data, and systems together - we'd love to hear from you.
