What you will be doing….

  • In this role you will be supporting the site lead in ensuring the new-hire experience is one that creates a lasting impression. You will do this by facilitating workshops, initiatives and events across the site.
  • You will be part of a team that is partnering with internal groups to drive collaboration and site-wide programming.
  • You will be involved in creating content for various leadership meetings and you will also support the design and delivery of internal social events.


Your background…..

  • To be successful in your application for this Office and Events Manager role you will have experience in coordinating/managing internal events within an office for a multinational company.
  • You will be confident in managing various projects at any one time and be a solution driver.
  • You will have excellent coordination skills and be experienced in managing cross functional relationships.
