NOC Manager Greenfield Site
Are you a NOC Manager looking to take the next step in your career? - exciting new opportunity to join an international network infrastructure provider who are setting up a new operation in Ireland. As a NOC Manager you will be responsible for building out the team from 0 to 20 over a short period of time. You will also build out processes and procedures ensuring KPI's are met.
As a NOC Manager you will have oversight of the NOC budget and will engage regularly with the Engineering Manager. The organisation is going from strength to strength and have ambitious growth plans for Ireland.
This is a pivotal role within the organisaiton with a high degree of autonomy and reward.
The role is based in Kildare within close proximity of Carlow.

Your Profile
- Solid background as a NOC Manager or Senior Network Engineer.
- Strong people management skills with experience hiring, coaching, mentoring and reviewing performance of team members.
- Previous experience within a start-up or SME environment is required
- Incident management qualification such as ITIL V4
- Good working knowledge of Telecommunications /Networking and IT Infrastructure
- It would be very beneficial if you held a Cisco /Huawei or similar certification
- Experience managing budgets would be great to have
