Role Details:

Position: Permanent, full-time, onsite in Dublin Stations
Location: Dublin, Poolbeg and local areas.
Salary; €55k - €65k pa




Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety of staff and contractors through adherence to safety systems, including permits to work, setting to work, and risk assessments.
Perform authorized roles under safety rules.
Prioritize, schedule, and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities to ensure business continuity.
Procure key services and components as needed.
Supervise the maintenance team, managing all personnel-related issues.
Oversee contractors and manage contracts effectively.




Qualifications and Experience:

Strong safety focus and knowledge of safe work practices.
Proven ability to lead and foster a safety culture.
Experience and technical knowledge of power station maintenance or similar heavy process industry maintenance practices.
Team building and leadership skills with a track record in supervising personnel.
Experience in operating Work Management Systems and managing contractors.
