Marketing Manager for the Manufacturing and Utilities Verticals.

Business: Large Global Technology - Platform as a Service business.

Contract: Min 6 months with prospect of further 6 month.

Remote work for life of the contract - you can be based anywhere in the UK. But you must be available to attend office based team meetings (if required in future)

Salary - up to £62,000 per annum (pro rata)

I am looking for a Marketing Manager who will help drive growth of our propositions into specific industry sectors, on this occasion it is the Utilities and Manufacturing sectors. This person will lead the marketing drive to increase our client's relevance to the UK & Ireland market, targeting lines of business as well as IT and other functions across the buying centre, that will positively impact sales pipeline.

In this role, you will...

  • Own the marketing plan for specific industry sectors.
  • Work in partnership with sales and be accountable for creating relevance of the ServiceNow brand (thought leadership) and delivering a pipeline target (demand creation and acceleration).
  • Leverage global content, localising where required to optimise for market fit.
  • Engage with the partner organisation (ACE) to identify key partners for joint GTM plans.
  • Identify key industry bodies, publications and 3rd parties to partner with / become members of, to extend scale, reach and influence to position our business as thought leaders.
  • Oversee the delivery of omni channel, digital marketing campaigns working closely with the Integrated Marketing Campaigns team.

We are looking for..

  • 6+ years experience of creating and running programs targeted to specific industry sectors.
  • Competent understanding of marketing strategies to support including ABM, and third party partnerships.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate across multiple teams including sales.
  • Strong organisation skills, and a data driven mindset
  • Competent skills in modern marketing tools and best practices.
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment ,working in a fast-moving, highly innovative global organisation.
  • Experience of marketing to Energy, Utilities and Manufacturing sectors a bonus.
