One of the worlds fastest growing tech companies whose award-winning SaaS product is known & used amongst some of the largest global companies are strengthening their Legal Team and would like to appoint a commercial lawyer with background experience within IT /big tech / software to support them across EMEA.
Reporting into the EMEA Legal Director you will work closely with legal counsel in different geographies to support sales and services teams across a number of sales regions in EMEA.
Your Profile
- A European law degree or relevant professional legal qualification, with a preference for a dual qualified lawyer
- 2-5 years post qualification experience with a top tier law firm and/or in-house position
- Strong experience in negotiating commercial contracts and technology transactions
- Experience in European data protection and privacy legislation, with a preference for CIPP certification
- International commercial experience
- This role offers an annual salary of €70-95K based on relevant experience.
- The role will commence initially as a 9 month ocntract,
- It’s a 50% hybrid role, so based in state-of-the-art offices in central Dublin 2-3 days per week
