Key Account Manager On Trade  - National Groups
Location: Home-based within easy reach of The Midlands, Manchester, Leeds

Are you passionate about spirits and ready to bring iconic brands to life in the on-trade channel? This leading global spirits company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Key Account Manager to work with National On Trade Groups.

Overall Purpose

As a Key Account Manager, you will support our business strategy by driving distribution, visibility, and activation programs within The Midlands & M62 Corridor. Your role is crucial in bringing our brands to life across National Groups, ensuring they are the talk of the town.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage a core number of key accounts within your territory, executing brand building and activation programs.
  • KPI Achievement: Deliver against Distribution, Visibility, and Activation (DVA) KPIs.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Record and share relevant outlet information as part of monthly reporting.
  • Effective Planning: Plan your working day to ensure coverage at key trading times, including evening work.
  • Account Planning: Build and maintain an Account Plan for your designated territory.
  • Brand Projects: Lead and take ownership of territory-specific brand projects.

Knowledge and Experience
  • Commercial Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of the on-trade industry.  Current experience in managing accounts in the On Trade, experience with National On Trade Groups is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Competent with computer systems, able to write reports, and prepare presentations.
