HR Administrator – Fluent Spanish

We’re hiring an experienced and proactive HR Administrator to join a dynamic HR team within a global spirits business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Spanish-speaking HR professional to take ownership of key operational processes, contribute to international HR projects, and support a people-first culture in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be a key point of contact for HR administration across the EMEA and APAC regions, supporting the HR Director and wider business with:

End-to-end recruitment coordination: briefing recruiters, interview scheduling, psychometric testing, and offer administration

Drafting contracts and employee documentation

Managing the probation process for new hires

Maintaining and championing the HRIS (iGrow), ensuring accurate workflows and data integrity

Coordinating monthly payroll changes with external payroll partners

Supporting key annual HR cycles – including performance reviews, salary reviews, and bonus processing

Handling day-to-day employee queries on policies, leave, payroll, and hybrid working

Managing desk booking and leave systems

Keeping regional org charts up to date

Supporting employee meetings with note-taking and admin follow-up
What we’re looking for:

Fluent Spanish speaker – both written and verbal (essential)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR administration, ideally in a multinational or regional setting

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Experience with HRIS systems – SuccessFactors preferred

CIPD qualification (or working towards) a plus

Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a discreet, collaborative working style

Confidence working remotely across different markets and time zones
