HR Administrator – Fluent Spanish
Dublin | Hybrid | €45,000 + Benefits

We’re hiring an experienced and proactive HR Administrator to join a dynamic HR team within a global spirits business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Spanish-speaking HR professional to take ownership of key operational processes, contribute to international HR projects, and support a people-first culture in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be a key point of contact for HR administration across the EMEA and APAC regions, supporting the HR Director and wider business with:

  • End-to-end recruitment coordination: briefing recruiters, interview scheduling, psychometric testing, and offer administration

  • Drafting contracts and employee documentation

  • Managing the probation process for new hires

  • Maintaining and championing the HRIS (iGrow), ensuring accurate workflows and data integrity

  • Coordinating monthly payroll changes with external payroll partners

  • Supporting key annual HR cycles – including performance reviews, salary reviews, and bonus processing

  • Handling day-to-day employee queries on policies, leave, payroll, and hybrid working

  • Managing desk booking and leave systems

  • Keeping regional org charts up to date

  • Supporting employee meetings with note-taking and admin follow-up


What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent Spanish speaker – both written and verbal (essential)

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR administration, ideally in a multinational or regional setting

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Experience with HRIS systems – SuccessFactors preferred

  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) a plus

  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a discreet, collaborative working style

  • Confidence working remotely across different markets and time zones
