Responsiblity for HR Staff
As a HRBP you will be working closely with the Head of HR and wider HR team to support the business and employees across a number of divisions.
This HR role is based in Dublin 9 (North Dublin) and is serviced by several main bus routes - parking is also available.
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be supporting the organisation providing compensation and benefits advice and you will analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies. You will work through performance management issues with managers in the business, maintain an in-depth knowledge of employment law, work on employee engagement initiatives and provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
What will you bring to the table?
- 3 years plus generalist HR experience
- Record of achievement in HR
- CIPD or other HR qualification
