HR People Services Executive EMEA
Are you a HR professional with 1+ years' experience and a passion for people? Do you want to work within a truly dynamic, fast paced and bleeding edge company who put their people first? This is an amazing opportunity for you to join the HR People Services team and act as the first line of HR dealing with colleagues and queries from across the EMEA, APAC and LATAM region using a HR ticketing system.
As a HR People Services Exec, you will be part of a team ensuring a positive employee experience is delivered across the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding, relocation, payroll, benefits, time off etc. You will ensure HR tickets are resolved in a timely manner and escalated to the appropriate specialist when needed.
Your Profile
- 1-3 years' experience working with employees and HR processes
- Experience supporting employees using a HR ticketing system
- Experience supporting employees across a global region
- Excellent communication skills with ability to think outside of the box to resolve a situation
This is an immediate start role and will commence as a 9-month contract offering a salary in the region of €60-65K per annum.
