HR Officer Immediate Start

Principle HR have partnered with an international service provider who now wish to hire a HR Officer to cover a maternity leave contract. As a HR Officer you will be working closely with the HR Manager and wider HR team to support the business and employees across a number of locations.
This HR role is based in Dublin 22 (west Dublin) and is serviced by a number of main bus routes and luas - parking is also available.
As a HR officer you will be supporting the team in relation to benefits, pay and starters, leavers. You will ensure all HR systems and employee files are maintained and GDPR is adhered to. Advise employees in relation to their benefits around holidays, maternity, parental, oncall, travel expenses etc.
Background Experience
- Previous experience working within a HR role / department as a HR Administrator, HR Officer, HR Assistant or similar
- Knowledge and experience supporting employees in relation to benefits, payroll queries
- CIPD or other HR qualification preferable
- Ability to work on own initiative and support HR projects as they arise
