Business: Global Media client
Contract: 12 months with the possibility of it being extended
Salary: £50k to £55k basic, PAYE, plus benefits – within IR35
Location: Onsite at Rathbone, Kings Cross and/or Shaftsbury
The role: Hardware Support Engineer - AR/VR
About you:
- 2 plus years, minimum, of AV installation, operation, and troubleshooting experience – including but not limited to equipment integration, handling, break/fixing, and configuring audio & video hardware, and cable & connector types
- Experience with audio & video processing equipment, such as Extron
- Familiarity with RJ45/CAT5, BNC, XLR, & TRS connectors
- Familiarity with video recording and streaming concepts and codecs
- Experience troubleshooting in Mac and Windows environment, including IP connectivity and application compatibility
- Experience troubleshooting Android through Android developer tools
- Experience troubleshooting iOS devices
