Dublin 2 Office location – Hybrid role.

Founded in 2004 and with a heritage serving the world’s largest financial institutions, our client is a global pioneering infrastructure and connectivity provider, serving more than 600 data-intensive businesses across diverse markets such as financial services, technology, energy, ecommerce, media and more.  Although relatively small in headcount (125) this business is truly global with offices across 9 countries across the globe.

 

The Offer

The Role (sample of the duties)

 

We are looking for a Global HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in order to ensure that the business is able to run smoothly its activities in any of our local entity employees mainly based in France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Morocco, UAE, USA, Canada, Singapore, Philippines.

 

As Human Resources Manager, you will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues and be involved in managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.

 

 

Your Profile

 

  • A Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5 + years’ experience in Human Resources.
  • EMEA, APJ or North America HR exposure is helpful.  
  • Ability to work in a standalone, admin heavy role.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Native English speaker. (fluency in French is a nice to have)
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
