Sales Trainer and Enablement Manager:

My client is a leading tech giant and they have an exciting position for a specific project for a talented Global Enablement Manager to define, develop and drive the global strategy to train and enable the Customer Outcomes Teams as they transition from their current Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool to a new PSA tool created on their own bespoke in-house system.

 

Experience working with Professional Services and corresponding Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools will be highly beneficial. The transformation will integrate with other business units including field sales, sales operations, legal, finance, and partner stakeholders. You will work closely with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to ensure the success of the overall PSA Transformation effort which aims to launch a new Professional Services tool in Q4 2023. Ideally, you will have extensive experience in cross-organization collaboration and partnership with key stakeholders and has a passion for enabling internal and extended teams who obsess over making their world of work, work better for them.

 

The Offer

  • This role will commence immediately (onboarded by 12th June!)
  • Salary of £108k for the top candidate
  • Initially, this will commence as a 4-month fixed-term contract which will most likely be extended considering the Go Live is in Q4 and you will be needed then and thereafter. This is an incredible foot in the door and that's how you should look at this!

 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with creating the global strategic direction and implementing the enablement strategy, framework, methodologies, and support processes for the PSA Transformation.
  • Develop and deliver role-specific learning paths that meet the needs of the transformation.
  • Partner with OCM, Leadership, Finance, Operations, our partner eco-system and other functions to create a comprehensive enablement program that reinforces skills and best practices with the new PSA tool
  • Identify and create tracking on critical metrics that indicate the effectiveness and overall engagement.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize and align enablement needs
  • Benchmark and assess the enablement program based on feedback, results, and analysis to ensure successful adoption.

 

 

What I am looking for in you:

In an ideal world, you will have done this before with another global organisation and ideally a SaaS Giant. If you have done it though with a global org, and you can start within those tight deadlines then I still very much want to hear from you asap. Along with the above, I am looking for the following:

 

  • 7-10 years of experience in Training and/or Enablement; experience in OCM highly beneficial
  • Proven success in scoping, designing, and implementing outcome-based enablement programs using adult learning principles
  • Ability to identify and resolve roadblocks through strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to lead a global enablement program
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and succinctly
