Bushmills Irish Whiskey is one of the world's most iconic whiskey brands - crafted in the world's oldest licensed distillery, with a heritage dating back over 400 years.

Today, Bushmills is firmly focused on the future.

Following a comprehensive brand reset and the establishment of a clear long-term global brand strategy, the business is entering a pivotal phase: global execution, commercial performance and disciplined brand growth.

We are now seeking a Global Brand Manager, based in Dublin, to help lead Bushmills onto its next chapter on the international stage.

The role:

This is a high-visibility global brand role with real accountability.

You will own and deliver global brand programmes across EMEA, APAC and Global Travel Retail, translating brand strategy into world-class execution across communications, advocacy, conversion, design and activation.

This is not a product-led innovation role. Success comes from brand clarity, consistency and commercial delivery, ensuring Bushmills shows up powerfully and coherently in every market.

You will work closely with distributors, agencies and senior stakeholders, operating confidently at the intersection of brand, finance and execution.

What we're looking for:

  • 3-4+ years' experience in brand management, with global or international responsibility
  • Background in whiskey (strong preference), or spirits / drinks
  • Proven experience building brands across multiple markets and distributor environments
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen: P&L, A&P, pricing, margin mix, ROI
  • Comfortable making and standing over commercial trade-offs
  • Experience leading agencies and influencing in-market teams
  • A delivery mindset - strategic, decisive and accountable
