EA (Executive Assistant) – Public Sector, Athlone

•    Salary: €27,300k Public sector scale 
•    Full Time Perm, Hybrid working.

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised team player to support a high-impact Life Sciences investment team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have sharp admin, data and presentation skills, this could be your ideal next move.

You’ll be responsible for:

•    Diary & logistics support for senior leaders
•    Coordinating marketing materials & presentations
•    Managing CRM data and internal performance metrics
•    Supporting events and global project activity

What we’re looking for:

•    Solid skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook a must)
•    Comfortable with social media tools & digital channels
•    Excellent communication and attention to detail
•    Third-level qualification (or currently studying) preferred
