Digital Marketing Manager - Arabic Fluency (B2B Tech)

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital and social strategy for the UAE market, driving brand visibility, engagement, and demand generation across the full digital funnel.

This is a strategic but hands-on role, ideal for someone who understands the UAE business landscape and knows how to deliver high-performing digital campaigns in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and optimise the UAE website experience, ensuring strong performance and local relevance
  • Lead digital growth initiatives across SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and on-site personalisation
  • Develop and deliver a UAE social strategy with a strong focus on LinkedIn (organic + paid)
  • Create and publish engaging localised social content aligned to brand tone and regional priorities
  • Own the regional content and social calendar
  • Track and report on performance using dashboards, turning data into actionable improvements
  • Partner closely with Sales, Comms, Events, Corporate Affairs and wider Marketing teams to drive integrated results

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally in enterprise software / SaaS
  • Proven success running LinkedIn campaigns (organic + paid)
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, programmatic and email marketing
  • Confident using marketing automation and digital platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, Adobe tools or similar)
  • Strong analytics skills (Tableau / Sigma experience highly desirable)
  • Comfortable managing stakeholders across global and regional teams
  • Experience working in the UAE or GCC market is essential
  • Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
