Senior Customer Success Manager - Digital Marketing
A strategic Senior Customer Success Manager role has become available with one of the world's largest Media brands - within this CSM role, you will provide strategic support to top enterprise clients (3-4) using a consultative approach ensuring their customer journey with digital marketing tools is highly successful.
This is a non-technical, non-sales role - its focused on building strategic relationships with clients ensuring they adopt digital marketing tools.
The Offer
- An annual salary of £64,000 per year
- Hybrid working, 2 days a week onsite in central London in state-of-the-art offices, 3 days remote
- 12-month contract initially with a strong possibility of being extended

What you need to succeed:
- A solid background in Customer Success, Consultancy, Account Management building relationships with enterprise top-tier clients
- A strong understanding of digital marketing, tools & software
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable dealing with C level stakeholders - meeting and presenting to.
