Contract: 12-month initial contract with a strong chance of extension.

Your Role:
Be the go-to contact for customers, guiding them throughout their journey.
Develop measurable success plans to maximize ROI, helping to ensure satisfaction for their annual renewals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives, including C-Level, at some of the UK's largest companies.
Monitor account performance, tackle challenges head-on, and ensure timely resolution.
What You Bring:
You must speak French fluently
5+ years of experience in post-sales account management in Digital Marketing, SaaS, Software, or a similar field.
Proven ability to manage large, global, and strategic accounts.
Experience working with high-spend clients.
A consultative approach to sales and renewals.
