Are you a natural connector with a love for creative culture? Do you thrive at the intersection of community, content, and meaningful conversation?

We’re looking for a Creative Community Manager to support, grow, and champion creatives across the UK and Germany. You’ll be the bridge between creatives and product teams—running meetups, gathering feedback, and creating spaces (online & IRL) that inspire.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Building real relationships with creatives across the UK & Germany
  • Organising events (50 to 200+ attendees) to bring the community together
  • Creating and curating content with creative tools
  • Feeding back insights to product, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Supporting creative leaders, influencers & storytellers
  • Connecting online communities, meetups, and creative culture

What you’ll bring:
  • 5+ years working with creative pros in the UK/DE scene
  • 10+ years hands-on with Creative Cloud tools
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Track record of running creative events and building vibrant communities
  • Passion for empowering creators, not just marketing to them
  • Solid understanding of creative trends, tools & challenges in UK & DE

Bonus if you:
  • Know the creative groups, Discords, meetups or online hubs
  • Have French language skills
  • Can show how you’ve built or scaled a creative community
  • Have experience managing feedback groups or beta user circles
