Company Secretary - Fund & Committee Governance

  • 12-Month Contract Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day WFH
  • Salary Range €100,000 - €108,000 per year.

We are partnering with a global investment management organisation with a major presence in Ireland to hire a Company Secretary with strong experience in fund governance and committee support. This role sits within the governance function of a large Irish Super ManCo, supporting complex board and committee structures across UCITS and AIFMD-regulated entities.

The Role

You will support governance for multiple funds and the ManCo, including:

  • Coordinating Risk, Audit, Investment and Management Committee meetings.
  • Preparing agendas, papers and high-quality minutes for Board and Committee structures.
  • Supporting Designated Persons (DPs) and fund oversight reporting.
  • Managing governance deliverables across UCITS, AIFs, and multi-sub-fund structures.
  • Ensuring compliance with AIFMD/UCITS frameworks and Central Bank of Ireland expectations.
  • Liaising with directors, INEDs, service providers, and internal oversight teams.

About You

We're looking for a governance professional with:

  • 6+ years' experience in a ManCo, fund governance, or large regulated FS environment.
  • Proven experience supporting or leading a Risk Committee (essential).
  • Strong minute-taking and governance documentation skills.
  • Experience working within UCITS/AIFMD structures and DP reporting lines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders.
  • CGI/ICSA qualification (or part-qualified) is an advantage.
  • High-impact role supporting key committees and senior oversight functions.
  • Hybrid model (4 days office / 1 home), Dublin 4.

If you have deep fund governance experience and strong committee exposure - particularly within a Risk Committee - we'd be delighted to speak with you.
