Brand Manager – Leading Spirits Brand
Regions: EMEA & APAC
Dublin based – hybrid 3 days office/2 days home.
12 Month Contract

About the client: They are a renowned global spirits company with a dedication to crafting exceptional brands that captivate consumers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy for the brand in question, aimed at unlocking growth and achieving commercial objectives.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs and assets across Activation, Digital, ATL, and BTL channels to drive brand and consumer engagement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with local commercial partners, providing support and guidance to align regional marketing initiatives with global brand objectives.
  • Manage the global marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and driving cost-effective strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and lead the execution of new programs, supported by relevant insights and assets.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends in the rum and adjacent categories, leveraging insights to enhance the brand’s competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with agencies, providing clear briefs and guidance to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of key insights to inform brand strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management within the spirits industry, with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
