About the client: They are a renowned global spirits company with a dedication to crafting exceptional brands that captivate consumers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy for the brand in question, aimed at unlocking growth and achieving commercial objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative programs and assets across Activation, Digital, ATL, and BTL channels to drive brand and consumer engagement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with local commercial partners, providing support and guidance to align regional marketing initiatives with global brand objectives.
- Manage the global marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and driving cost-effective strategies.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and lead the execution of new programs, supported by relevant insights and assets.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends in the rum and adjacent categories, leveraging insights to enhance the brand’s competitive edge.
- Collaborate with agencies, providing clear briefs and guidance to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of key insights to inform brand strategy and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in brand management within the spirits industry, with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
