We have a great opportunity for a Benefits Specialist or Benefits Administrator. Based in Dublin, the role is currently WFH but you must be available to work in the office in Dublin 2 when it is safe to do so.


This role will support the LATAM region. The role offers an annual salary of €60-64K and will be an 11-month contract. This is a great opportunity to further your career with major global technology company.

Responsibilities

* Manage Vendor Security Assessments
-Track benefits invoices payment
* Respond to employee queries both in person and through our ticketing system
* Partner with the Benefits Program Managers to operationalize programs
* Manage the ongoing vendor management and administration of various benefit programs and Leaves & Time Away processes, including program analysis and recommendations
* Drive benefits and leaves process improvement activities, including process design, documentation, and training
* Identify opportunities to improve existing processes leveraging technology where possible. Things can always be done better
* Partner with Benefit Program Manager on renewal of benefits, ensuring our benefit platform is updated and communications to employees
* Lead cross-functional efforts with vendor and internal stakeholders
* Conduct audits of data to ensure processes and policies are being managed effectively and data quality is improved
* Assists with projects and initiatives as required
* Run adhoc reports on benefits utilization and help establish metrics. Ensure performance against metrics is tracked, measured, and shared


Minimum Qualifications


* Experience in benefits and/or HR operation in a fast paced organization
- Strong administration skills
-LATAM markets knowledge preferential
-Must have ability to effectively use data to drive recommendations

* Excellent communication, cross-group collaboration, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to interact with all levels of a professional organization
* Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and lead multiple projects simultaneously involving various groups / locations / vendors
* Must have strong organization skills, detail oriented, conscientious, thorough and accurate
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity
* Change Oriented and ability to prioritize
* Experience with vendor management strongly desired
