Join one of the world’s most admired employers, recognised for its innovation, inclusive culture, and people-first mindset. This is your opportunity to help shape how employee benefits are delivered to thousands of professionals across EMEA.

We’re hiring a Benefits Analyst to join the EMEA Centre of Excellence team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll be a vital part of a forward-thinking People team, ensuring the seamless delivery of regional benefits programmes across 23 countries — from health and protection to time off and parental leave.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Benefits System Management: Support daily updates and change requests on our benefits platform across medical, retirement, protection, leave, and perks.
  • Insurance Renewals: Lead the EMEA-wide insured benefits renewal process, working with program managers and local stakeholders.
  • Leave of Absence (LOA) Support: Act as an escalation point for LOA queries and manage the LOA commissions file.
  • Compliance & Operations: Assess legislative changes for benefits impact, partner with Payroll and TechOps teams to maintain process integrity.
  • Employee Experience: Respond to escalated employee and manager benefit queries beyond those handled by outsourcing partners.
  • Project Delivery: Support and drive ad-hoc benefits projects across the region.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in regional or global Benefits roles.
  • Solid understanding of insured benefit renewals across EMEA.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with third-party vendors and internal teams (Payroll, Comms, HR Tech).
  • Detail-oriented with a solution-driven mindset.

Why This Role?

You’ll be part of a team that’s reimagining what a great benefits experience should feel like—balancing compliance with creativity, and global scale with local nuance. If you’re passionate about making a real difference to the employee experience, this role puts you at the heart of it.
