Job Title: Auditor – Operational Compliance & Risk

• Location: Hybrid in Dublin 2-3 days per week
• Salary: €85,000-€95,000 per year
• Contract length: 05/08/2025 – 31/10/2025

Description:

We’re hiring an Auditor to work with a high-impact, compliance-driven team supporting a global platform transforming the way people travel, connecting millions with unique stays and authentic experiences.

In this role, you’ll perform operational audits, assess third-party administrator compliance, and ensure consistent standards across internal policies and insurance agreements.

You’ll work cross-functionally to improve processes, mitigate risk, and uphold best-in-class compliance practices. This is a role for a detail-driven, independent professional ready to make an impact from day one.

What you'll do:

• You will play a vital role in identifying risk, driving process improvements, and supporting Airbnb's commitment to operational excellence.
• Conduct audits of TPA operations to ensure adherence to service agreements, internal policies, and controls.
• Review claim's life cycle, payment records, service level agreement and partner documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

What You’ll Need:

• 2–5 years in insurance auditing, compliance, or claims operations
• Background in insurance, risk management, or auditing
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Familiarity with SOX, ISO 9001, or other regulatory frameworks
