Account Manager - Travel Global Tech

We're hiring a commercially minded Market Coordinator to partner with Field Teams across the UK, Nordics and Middle East & Africa. This is a high-impact role focused on managing complex, high-value Host escalations while improving operational performance across your region.
This is not a standard coordination role. You'll be trusted to handle sensitive issues, protect brand integrity and influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and resolve high-value, time-sensitive Host escalations end-to-end
- Act as a senior Host-facing partner to Market Management teams
- Diagnose complex issues, identify root causes and drive practical solutions
- Triage and prioritise escalation tickets to ensure efficient resolution
- Provide clear, confident communication - even in challenging situations
- Support improvements in listing quality and overall 5-star performance
- Partner cross-functionally to strengthen processes and reduce repeat issues
- Consistently meet or exceed SLA response targets
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in Account Management, Operations or Customer Success
- Proven track record handling complex, high-risk customer issues
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess and solve problems quickly
- Confident stakeholder manager who can influence without authority
- Calm under pressure and skilled at de-escalating difficult situations
- Experience using Salesforce, Google Suite and Jira (preferred)
