We're hiring an Accessibility Compliance Analyst to support the rollout of the European Accessibility Act within Ireland's communications sector. You'll assess how telecom and digital service providers meet accessibility standards - across websites, mobile apps, and customer support systems - ensuring services are inclusive and compliant.

What you'll bring:
- Degree or equivalent experience in law, technology, engineering, or related field
- Experience in digital accessibility or a regulatory/compliance environment
- Working knowledge of WCAG, EN 301 549, or similar standards
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Nice to have: Hands-on experience auditing websites or mobile apps for accessibility

- Reviewing digital services for compliance with accessibility standards
- Analysing findings and engaging with providers on improvements
- Supporting investigations into accessibility-related complaints
