A leading international food importer and distributor is seeking a commercially driven National Account professional to grow its premium frozen seafood portfolio across Ireland's food service sector.
This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on developing product range, driving sales performance, and building strong relationships across wholesalers and end-user customers including hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSRs and delis.
You'll play a key role in expanding market share and positioning a global seafood range within the Irish hospitality and food service market.
The Role
- Manage and grow national accounts across the food service channel
- Develop sales of frozen seafood products within existing and new customers
- Build strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors and end users
- Identify commercial opportunities and deliver category growth strategies
- Lead customer meetings, negotiations and product presentations
- Work closely with internal teams on pricing, forecasting and product range development
- Travel nationwide to manage key customer relationships
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in National Account Management or National Account Executive roles
- Strong background in seafood is essential and non-negotiation
- Experience working with wholesalers, hospitality or food service customers
- Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate autonomously in a field-based national role
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Ireland
