Are you detail-oriented, financially savvy, and ready to step into a pivotal support role within a dynamic finance team? We're recruiting an Executive Assistant to join a high-performing, mission-driven organisation that plays a critical role in supporting Ireland's economic development.
In this 12-month contract, you'll work closely with the Payroll and Finance Executive, supporting a broad range of finance-related activities - from expense processing to staff support and system updates.
What You'll Do
Assist in processing and verifying domestic and international expense claims
Monitor and manage staff charge card balances
Maintain accurate financial records using the Centros financial management system
Provide direct support to staff on expenses queries, training, and best practices
Contribute to continuous process improvement and broader team support within Payroll, Expenses, and Financial Management
Support the Senior Accountant as needed
What We're Looking For
A finance-related qualification or relevant work experience in a finance support role
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a helpful, professional manner
Proficient in using financial systems (experience with Centros is a plus)
A third-level qualification (or working towards one) is desirable
