Application Support Engineer

As an Application Support Specialist or Engineer you will be the point of contact for the customer and the technical teams providing both technical and coordination support for a variety of IT Applications.

Your profile:
- Working experience in Technologies such as C#, .NET, Oracle PLSQL, Windows (server & scripting) and Clipper
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Previous experience in providing support to projects and application maintenance
- Hands-on experience in developing/providing IT support for .NET windows and web applications
- Good knowledge and understanding of ITIL concepts and working practice
- Experience within Airline industry is preferred
Your responsibilities
- You will be the point of contact for the maintenance and support for the IT applications
- Ability to work onshore as a single resource, working with remotely located teams (nearshore and offshore)
- To resolve incidents/service tickets reported on applications with adherence to SLA/KPI
- To prioritize and switch between tasks
