Temporary Facilities Administrator

Temporary front of house Facilities Administrator sought for global tech company who are expanding their Dublin based EMEA operation. This will be a short-term contract role to run from the 24th May to 31st May.

As Front of House Facilities Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, colleagues, and international clients coming to the Dublin office. You will ensure all aspects of the day to day running of the building are smooth by engaging with providers such as maintenance, cleaning, stationary suppliers, food & beverage delivery companies following up on any outstanding issues.

You will also be required to ensure meeting rooms are well set up in advance of meeting sessions. This role will require you to have previous front of house skills with excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Details of contract

  • Dates of contract: Friday 24th May to Friday 31st May
  • Location: Grand Canal Dublin 2
  • Hourly rate: €17:00 per hour
  • Hours: 8am -5pm with 1 hour for lunch
