Temp HR Administrator Maynooth
Immediate requirement for a Temp HR Administrator to work within the HR department of a Financial Services organisation based in Maynooth, Co. Kildare.
This is an immediate start role for 3 to 6 months. The role will require you to provide admin support to HR Business Partner, HR Advisor and Project Manager on a new project. The role will also require you to travel to the Dublin 2 office from time to time.
An overview of your role will involve
- Support to the HR team as required on the project
- Diary management, scheduling meetings and interviews
- Attendance of meeting and minutes taking
- Updating employee HR files on the system
- Identify and contribute to process improvements.
- Provide admin support on all written correspondence to employees
- Ensuring all employee files are in order
- Updating the HR database
- Previous experience providing administration support - ideally within the HR department
- Strong PC skills Microsoft office with ability to pick up new systems with ease.
- Ability to pay a high level of attention to detail.
This is a short-term contract to begin next week for 3 to 6 months. The role offers €26000 annually. Parking is available in Maynooth
