Temp HR Administrator Maynooth

Immediate requirement for a Temp HR Administrator to work within the HR department of a Financial Services organisation based in Maynooth, Co. Kildare.

This is an immediate start role for 3 to 6 months. The role will require you to provide admin support to HR Business Partner, HR Advisor and Project Manager on a new project. The role will also require you to travel to the Dublin 2 office from time to time.

An overview of your role will involve

  • Support to the HR team as required on the project
  • Diary management, scheduling meetings and interviews
  • Attendance of meeting and minutes taking
  • Updating employee HR files on the system
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements.
  • Provide admin support on all written correspondence to employees
  • Ensuring all employee files are in order
  • Updating the HR database

Key Skills

  • Previous experience providing administration support - ideally within the HR department
  • Strong PC skills Microsoft office with ability to pick up new systems with ease.
  • Ability to pay a high level of attention to detail.

This is a short-term contract to begin next week for 3 to 6 months. The role offers €26000 annually. Parking is available in Maynooth
