Technical Support Engineer Global Tech Co

Are you an experienced Technical Support Engineer or System Administrator? Are you customer-focused? If YES, then the Principle team wants to talk to you about multiple Technical Support Engineer opportunities.

Principle have partnered with one of the fastest-growing global tech co to help build their Technical Support Engineering team here in Dublin.

Your day-to-day work

  • To provide customer support and manage customers' expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction
  • To provide support to administrators and developers of organisation platform
  • To involve in triaging, troubleshooting, resolving, and providing root cause analysis for ServiceNow Product issues

Experience required

  • Solid experience in writing, debugging in one or more scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix, Shell, Windows Shell
  • Good understanding of Networking concepts- TCP/IP, HTTP, Firewalls, etc
  • Good knowledge and understanding of RDBMS
  • Experience in using Linux/Unix or Microsoft Server

Good to have

  • Any exposure to Azure, AWS.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow platform
  • Experience providing SaaS/PaaS support
