Technical Support Engineer Global Tech Co
Are you an experienced Technical Support Engineer or System Administrator? Are you customer-focused? If YES, then the Principle team wants to talk to you about multiple Technical Support Engineer opportunities.
Principle have partnered with one of the fastest-growing global tech co to help build their Technical Support Engineering team here in Dublin.
Your day-to-day work
- To provide customer support and manage customers' expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction
- To provide support to administrators and developers of organisation platform
- To involve in triaging, troubleshooting, resolving, and providing root cause analysis for ServiceNow Product issues
- Good understanding of Networking concepts- TCP/IP, HTTP, Firewalls, etc
- Good knowledge and understanding of RDBMS
- Experience in using Linux/Unix or Microsoft Server
Good to have
- Any exposure to Azure, AWS.
- Experience working with ServiceNow platform
- Experience providing SaaS/PaaS support
