Technical Support Engineer - Product Support Global Tech
This role will commence as a 6 Month FTC(Fixed Term) Contract
What's the Role?
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will handle the day-to-day contacts and inquiries that are received from customers. You should excel at establishing relationships and be a highly effective technical problem solver.
You will liaise both Customer and Product support teams and will triage and escalate critical customer issues. You will also be responsible for process improvement and streamline operations

What should you have?
- 2- 3 years in a Technical Support or Product Support (SaaS) Role
- Proficient in both Data and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Hands on experience with task cues, and diagnostics tooling
- Ability to take ownership of problems.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of , Tableo Unidash , SRT(Bonus)
