Talent Acquisition Partner €80K- Sales/Marketing

An exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter coming from in-house/ agency experience as a 360/ full cycle background to join a global tech co in Dublin that are rapidly expanding over in the coming days across EMEA.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for recruitment within Ireland/ UK working as a part of a global recruitment team. You will be mainly focussing on the Sales and Marketing side of the business. It is a new position and has scope for you to shape the recruitment function.

The Offer:

  • Salary: up to €80K- based on the level of experience
  • Job Type: Contract, 11- months, with higher visibility of conversion to perm
  • Opportunity to work within a fast-paced, dynamic business and autonomy to shape the recruitment function

Your Profile:

  • Experience as a full 360-degree recruiter working within an inhouse/ agency recruitment role
  • Good to have experience recruiting for Sales and Marketing positions at all levels - would consider if you have experience in Business/ operations/ Finance roles and this role is not a tech-focused role.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to think outside of the box to solve recruitment blockages

Your day looks like:

  • Work closely with business/ hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the business/ hiring needs and build pipeline in-house as well as through agencies
  • You will be looking after 360/ full-cycle recruitment across all disciplines, but the main focus would be on Sales & Marketing- hiring professionals within Sales and Marketing at all levels.
  • To manage hiring reports to business and to fill roles/ requirement managing the expectation of the business/hiring managers.
