Due to recent product launches and increased global demand, a leading SaaS provider is strengthening its Engineering division who supports fortune 100 companies across the Globe. You will be working as part of a global team supporting the EMEA and US region. This is an exciting time for the company as they have recently developed and rolled out new leading-edge products that are enhancing work environments.
As a Senior SaaS Support Engineer, you will be engaging directly with Clients and their technical departments resolving complex and technical IT issues. You will be documenting your resolution and collaborating with team members in relation to best practices and futures fixes. Full in-depth training on the SaaS product will be provided.
- Solid experience working within an enterprise environment supporting high-end clients
- Background experience supporting a SaaS/Web Application
This role will commence as an 11-month contract with the possibility of conversion to permanent as this is a new growing team. The salary will be in the region of €70-75K based on relevant experience.
