Senior SaaS Engineer - Client Support

One of the world's known and most recognized Tech companies is strengthening its Engineering division who supports fortune 100 companies across the Globe. The Implementation, UI, and Service Management engineering teams provide one of the key services in the business to these large MNC companies.

As a Senior Engineer, you will be engaging directly with Clients resolving complex and technical IT issues. You will be documenting your resolution and collaborating with team members in relation to best practice and futures fixes. Full in-depth training on the SaaS product will be provided.

To be successful within this role you will need to have

  • Solid experience working within an enterprise environment supporting high-end clients
  • Background experience supporting a SaaS/Web Application
  • Scripting experience within a professional capacity - any language JavaScript, Perl, Python, Shell Scripting

This is an immediate start role that will commence as an 11-month contract with the possibility of conversion to permanent as this is a new growing team. The salary will be in the region of €70-75K based on relevant experience.
