Senior HR Manager Non-Profit Org

An opportunity has become available in north county Dublin for a Senior HR Manager to join and build upon the success of this charitable service that provides care and support to 100's of clients around the local & surrounding areas.

Within this role you will be managing a direct HR team of 4.5 people which includes 2 x HRBP's, supporting a total headcount of 250 across numerous locations. This is a non-unionized environment.

Working closely with the CEO and board the focus of your role will be to review & recommend HR policies & procedures that support the growth & development plans of the service at this exciting time. You will also attend and represent HR at all board meetings.

An overview of your role

  • Reporting to the CEO you will manage a HR team of 4.5 members
  • Review, devise and implement HR policies & procedures that will help the service achieve its goals
  • Work closely with the CEO & Board to identify the objectives of the service
  • Assist in the rollout and usage of a new HRIS (Has just been implemented)
  • Lead a remuneration committee and review compensation within the service

The Offer

  • This is a permanent, full-time role offering an annual salary of €70-75K
  • Other benefits include 30 days annual leave
  • 10% company pension contribution - 5% employee
  • This is an onsite role in North Dublin, with a small amount of local travel from time to time to other sites.

Your Profile

  • To be successful within this role a solid generalist background within HR is required along with people management skills
  • You will have completed a 3rd level qualification within a HR or relevant discipline
  • Ideally you will have experience supporting the usage or implementing a HRIS
  • Experience within compensation & benefits, remuneration would be highly advantageous
