Senior Customer Success Manager - Tech Co.
A superb opportunity for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join a successful software company.
In this Customer Success Manager role you will work to deliver customer outcomes, to drive and deliver immediate and measurable value and be the primary contact for customers.
Working to implement methodology across large projects will be an essential part of this role. You will do this by building and leading teams and mentors who will support you to drive these projects successfully.
Responsibilities will also include project status reporting and customer satisfaction throughout the engagement cycle, acting as the point of contact to the customer for the engagement.
To be successful in this Customer Success Manager role you will have strong cross-functional, technical Project Management experience including planning, scheduling, monitoring and stakeholder reporting.
Experience and passion in leading key projects, including strategic customer programs end to end successful roll-out.
You will have great knowledge and experience with implementing or supporting Saas products in a multinational organisation.
This Customer Success Manager contract role offers a highly competitive salary circa £120k.
