The Role

• Participate in surveillance in the field when required to help document and build a picture
• Begin investigations into possible criminal activity when recommended by analysing information, reviewing documents and evaluating
• Apply internal policies to make decisions
• Record all findings, communicate findings
• Partner with law enforcement reams internally, deal with govt agencies, work in different time zones
• Use a ticketing system, work fast and accurately and assuredly
• Make decisions independently

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in this or other related field
• At least two years of experience in investigations
• Excellent ability to communicate in writing and speaking
• 2 years content review or content moderation at senior level
