What you should have :

• Previous demonstrated experience in a Salesforce Architect role
• Extensive experience in Salesforce/Force.com (Development and application)
• Demonstrated experience in Salesforce migration and Delivery Programmes
• Salesforce.com certifications
• Software Development experience(Java ,C++, .Net)
• PMP/ Prince 2 (desirable)
